Lemon Dill Popcorn

This tangy, sour mix is surprisingly refreshing. The uniqueness and simplicity of the flavours makes it one of our favourites.



  • 2 tablespoons of dairy-free butter (we like Earth Balance)
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped fine
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Alternatives: – 1 tablespoon dried dill & 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Pop the corn
  2. Melt butter (microwave for about 30 seconds)
  3. Squeeze lemon into butter and mix (watch for lemon seeds)
  4. Drizzle butter mixture into popcorn
  5. Sprinkle dill and salt on to popcorn
  6. Eat!!!
